Mindfulness and meditation.

There are endless benefits to becoming more mindful through learning how to meditate. Mindfulness is not a difficult concept to grasp or learn—what’s difficult is finding the time for it, and remembering to do it. When practiced daily, mindfulness meditation has the power to transform our mental and physical wellbeing and positively impact the wider community.

The science.

Research shows that establishing a regular mindfulness meditation practice can help people feel more grounded and centred, and less stressed, anxious, and depressed. It improves our focus and concentration so that we are less distracted and absent-minded, and gives us a healthy sense of perspective. Mindfulness meditation also improves our sleep, and helps us feel more connected to ourselves and to those around us.

How to meditate.

Meditation is about training the mind to be aware of and engaged in the present moment. It is not about trying to turn off your thoughts or feelings. Rather, you are learning to observe them without judgment, and eventually, you may start to better understand them as well. Our meditation sessions include clear instruction and guidance to ensure you are supported throughout your practice.

Start your practice.

Start your practice at home with one of our free meditations. Find a quiet space, close your eyes and take some time out, just for you.

Keep your eyes peeled for the start of our live mindfulness meditation sessions, which will be held online daily.
