Therapy services.

From individual psychological support to group meditation classes, we offer evidence-based practices to suit your mental health, wellbeing and personal development needs.

Our therapeutic approach is grounded in neuroscience, cognitive-behavioural theories, acceptance- and mindfulness-based sciences, and positive psychology. We understand that trusting your therapist, and feeling like your therapist is there for you 100%, is the foundation of therapy. We also understand that you are an individual, and that good therapy includes tailoring treatment to your particular needs. We are all about providing a safe and supportive space for you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and personal values, in order to move toward a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

*In-person sessions.

Our tranquil practices in Red Hill South welcome you to work on your issues in person, one-on-one.

With a Mental Health Care Plan through Medicare, you will receive $141.85 back per therapy session for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. You may also be eligible for private health insurance rebates, subject to your level of cover. Referrals are usually via your doctor (GP), but you can also self-refer by giving us a call or sending an email.

Online (Telehealth) sessions.

With our online sessions, you can be supported wherever you are.

As with in-person sessions, you will receive $141.85 back per therapy session for up to 10 sessions per calendar year with a valid Mental Health Care Plan. You may also be eligible for private health insurance rebates, subject to your level of cover.

Meditation sessions.

Our mindfulness meditation sessions are designed to support your mental health journey, focussing on developing your psychological capacity to be present, manage a busy mind, combat negative thinking, and effectively deal with your emotions.

Group meditation sessions are held weekly, in-person and online. Private meditation sessions are also available. Meditation sessions are $10.
